Best early Black Friday Apple Watch deals

Black Friday comes but once a year–and in 2023 it falls on November 24. In recent years, however, the deals season has expanded to cover the week leading up to Black Friday, Cyber Monday afterward (that’s November 27 in 2023), and often most of the month of November.

In the weeks leading up to Black Friday–and on Black Friday itself–we expect to see some good deals on a new Apple Watch. Check regularly as we move deeper into November for the best deals we can find. If you want to buy an Apple Watch before then, check out our list of the Best Apple Watch deals this month.

Black Friday 2023: Apple’s shopping event

Apple holds a Black Friday shopping event over the Black Friday weekend, but rather than offering discounts it just gives gift cards for certain products. In 2022, from November 25-28, you got a $50/£50 gift card when you bought an Apple Watch SE, which starts at $249. We expect a similar offer this year, as Apple rarely includes its recent products (Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2) in the sale.

Black Friday: Best Apple Watch deals

Our expert deal hunters have hand-picked the best-value Apple Watch deals currently available as the Black Friday season approaches.

Apple Watch Series 9

U.S.

• Walmart, Apple Watch Series 9 (41mm, GPS): $349 ($50 off, MSRP $399)
• Walmart, Apple Watch Series 9 (45mm, GPS): $379 ($50 off, MSRP $429)

U.K.

Right now, all U.K. retailers are sticking to Apple’s RRP (£399) on the Apple Watch Series 9. We hope that will change once we get further into November; last year both Amazon and John Lewis knocked £20 off the then-new Series 8 for Black Friday.

Apple Watch Ultra 2

U.S.

• Amazon, Apple Watch Ultra (2nd gen): $774 ($25 off, MSRP $799)x

U.K.

• eBuyer, Apple Watch Ultra 2: £789.99 (£9.01 off, RRP £799)

Apple Watch SE

U.S.

• Amazon, Apple Watch SE (2nd gen, 40mm): $208 ($41 off, MSRP $249)
• Amazon, Apple Watch SE (2nd gen, 44mm): $270 ($9 off, MSRP $279)

• Walmart, Apple Watch SE (1st gen, 44mm): $109 ($200 off, MSRP $309)

U.K.

There aren’t any U.K. savings on the 2nd-gen SE’s official RRP right now (well, other than eBuyer’s 1p discount), partly because it just got a price cut to celebrate the launch of the late 2023 Apple Watches. (It dropped from £259 to £219.) Keep an eye on the price comparison tables below for tasty Black Friday deals as we get deeper into November.

Apple Watch Series 8

The Apple Watch from last year is still in stock at a variety of retailers, so markdowns are likely to be pretty steep over Black Friday as the remaining inventory is cleared out.

U.S.

• Amazon, Apple Watch Series 8 (41mm, GPS): $299 ($100 off, MSRP $399)
• Amazon, Apple Watch Series 8 (45mm, GPS): $329 ($100 off, MSRP $429)
